Lisa Liu Promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience

Lisa Liu has been an exceptional leader at NetImpact for 8+ years, actualizing consistent growth on her projects (Ektropy, PMAT, MAAG, and DHS CPIC) and delivering multi-disciplinary success across additional areas of the company. Her client facing teams consistently deliver high customer satisfaction scores and exceptional results for their customers.

With among the highest retention rates in the company, Lisa grows her team members into leaders that are sought-after across numerous projects and whom exemplify NetImpact's core values. From a growth perspective, Lisa has substantial proposal solutioning experience across multiple federal agencies and was pivotal in the award of NetImpact's first contract at DHS. In addition to her significant contributions in the company's strong organic growth, she stood up NetImpact's corporate marketing team which delivers creative and thoughtful content recognized in our industry.
